<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Community Development Projects (CDP) research was completed by Wayne Alberty on each application filed prior to July 1st, 1970. The 1970 Zoning Code replaced the CDP, which required BOA approval, with the PUD. All CDP's not implemented by June 30, 1975 expired by code. Any changes to active CDPs require BOA approval unless a PUD is filed to replace the CDP.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
